▪ Research, prospect, obtain, lead and develop new business opportunities in order to reach sales targets and maintain a database accordingly.
▪ Ensure all customer information is captured and recorded accurately in sales system.
▪ Validate and verify all documentation submitted by the customers, prior to processing a sale to ensure compliance with the developers policy at all times.
▪ Conduct viewings for prospects & schedule meeting with clients outside the office.
▪ Stay up to date with developers pricing, new launches and / or any other initiative.
▪ Verify all related documents prior submitting to developers.
▪ Always ensure compliance with company policies and process.
▪ Suggest any Improvement or change recommendation in the Sales policy or process.
▪ Contact and follow up with all leads submitted by the company.
▪ Generate sales from self-generated leads and listings.
▪ Achieve company sales given target monthly/Quarterly and yearly.
To achieve the selling of a range of products via prospecting or during sales launches, thereby achieving & overachieving the assigned sales target and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
▪ Diploma/ Bachelor's degree
▪ 3-5 years in sales within the real estate industry
▪ Effective verbal and written communication skills; fluent in English.
▪ Good Computer skills in all Microsoft Office applications.
▪ Good Presentation skills.
